Vision
The vision of the Sympathy Ministry is to provide comfort, hope, and healing to members and families during times of grief.
Our desire is that no member walks through sorrow alone, but feels the love, prayers, and support of the church family during life’s most difficult moments.
Mission
The mission of the Sympathy Ministry is to extend the love of Christ through prayer, encouragement, personal outreach, and acts of compassion to those who are grieving.
This ministry seeks to provide comfort through cards, calls, visits, scripture, and prayer. We strive to support and nurture individuals and families so they know that through the love of Christ and the support of the church family that they are not alone. We also stand ready to assist with their immediate needs as directed by the Pastor.
