The Culinary Arts Ministry seeks to glorify God through excellence in hospitality, service, and stewardship by providing nourishing meals that foster fellowship, strengthen relationships, and create welcoming environments for church and community gatherings.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Culinary Arts Ministry is to serve the Messiah Baptist Church family and the surrounding community through quality food service and Christian hospitality. We are committed to promoting healthy food choices, meeting nutritional needs, and creating opportunities for fellowship that reflect the love of Christ.

Guided by the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19–20, we view every act of service as an opportunity to demonstrate God’s love, build relationships, and support the ministry of making disciples.

Goals

Goal 1: Kingdom Service Through Hospitality

To advance the Kingdom of God by serving meals with love, excellence, and compassion, creating opportunities for fellowship, encouragement, and meaningful connections among church members, guests, and the community.

Goal 2: Excellence in Stewardship and Safety

To operate the kitchen and fellowship facilities with the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, organization, and accountability, reflecting Christian stewardship and honoring God in all aspects of service.

Goal 3: Promoting Health and Wellness

To encourage healthy living by providing nutritious meal options, educating members on healthy food choices, and supporting the physical well-being of the church family and community.
